Usage policy

What OmniRail may not be used for.

These rules apply to every call, on every model, whether you pay with a key, a wallet or x402, and to the agents you run. Some models refuse less often than others; none of them changes these rules.

Last updated 2026-10-21.

Never allowed

  • Anything illegal where you or the people affected are, or that helps someone break the law.
  • Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any way. We report it where the law requires.
  • Sexual or intimate content depicting a real person without their consent.
  • Threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing or incitement to violence against real people or groups.
  • Instructions or code meant to make weapons capable of mass harm, to attack systems you are not authorised to test, or malware meant to be deployed against others.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation of real people or organisations, and spam at scale.
  • Promoting self-harm or giving someone a method to hurt themselves.

Uncensored models

The Uncensored models are open models that refuse less: they are for fiction with real darkness in it, blunt critique, frank answers on sensitive subjects and research that mainstream assistants hedge on. Fewer refusals is not permission: everything above still applies, and the model providers may still refuse or filter requests on their side.

The models' own terms

Each model comes with its maker's licence and use policy (for example Meta's Llama acceptable use policy for models built on Llama, or Google's Gemma prohibited use policy). Those apply to your use of that model on top of these rules.

Enforcement

OmniRail can refuse a request, revoke an API key or stop serving a wallet that breaks these rules. Model providers apply their own checks and can block requests too. We cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.

Seen OmniRail used against these rules? Write to us from the support chat at the bottom right of any page (sign in with a wallet to write), with the request id (X-Request-Id) if you have it. See also the API reference.
